Guided Surgery Solutions, LLC presented and exhibited at the Academy of Osseointegration Annual Meeting

TAMPA, FL – Guided Surgery Solutions, LLC presented and exhibited at the Academy of Osseointegration 2013 Annual Meeting, a venue for nearly 2,000 implant dentists, held March 7-9 in Tampa, FL.

The company’s booth attracted stronger than expected traffic, with some of the credit going to the catchy promise to help doctors: “Drill a Better Hole.” According to CEO Jeremy Benedict, “once doctors understand the importance of – and methods for – creating FutureTooth™ position, they get it. Everything once done on the bench is now done virtually to create a restorative-driven plan. And the guide puts them where they planned.”

Dr. Jerome Haber, the company founder, presented “A Novel Tubeless, 3D-based Implant Drill Guide” to a room of nearly 70 doctors.  Afterwards he concluded that “the solution has been designed to eliminate the technical and financial barriers to adoption of guided surgery, making guided surgery more feasible for all implant surgeons.”

Another highlight of the meeting was the launch of Blue Sky Plan version 3.0 from Blue Sky Bio, which is available for free download on their website. The new version features a faster interface, more features, and better functionally.

Guided Surgery Solutions will be speaking and exhibiting at the remaining events in 2013: the American Academy of Periodontology Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, PA, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Annual Meeting in Orlando, FL.
