Guided Surgery Solutions, LLC launches educational website

BOSTON, MA – Guided Surgery Solutions, LLC launched the first in a series of videos and articles to educate doctors on the use of 3D-based planning and drill guides for dental implant surgery. The site (www.guidedsurgerysolutions.com/education/) includes sixteen videos that address commonly-faced issues in guided surgery, and recommended protocols to address these issues with CBCT scans, software-based treatment planning, and drilling.

“Doctors want to understand both the benefits and the limitations of guided surgery,” says company founder, Dr. Jerome Haber. “We provide an open and honest dialogue on when and how to use guided surgery.”

Guided Surgery Solutions has developed a patent-pending drill guide for dental implant surgery. The ThinLayer^® Guide provides surgeons the accuracy of computer-guidance, with the ease of freehand drilling. The company also provides free planning software and its guides work with the implant systems and drills that a doctor already uses.
